About the Founders

Lee Maasen
I spent 15 years in the room as a one-on-one trainer. Professional athletes. Olympic athletes. People who were done being told to eat less and hope. The job was never a diet. It was stimulus, nutrition, and giving the body a reason to adapt.
I came up as an Ironman gymnastics athlete — handstands, muscle-ups, calisthenics. I still train that way, and I lift heavy. I raced a half Ironman in Chattanooga and a stack of short tris. This isn’t theory. I do the work.
I’m a fat-loss guy. I want the metabolism up, not slammed shut, and I want muscle on you while the fat comes off. Hormones, carb cycling, training that actually creates an adaptation. The letters after the name are real: ISSA. FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) for joints. WECK Method for rotational movement. CHEK Institute for holistic lifestyle coaching. Metabolic Mentor University. Seed Scientific Research and Performance.

At home I’m Kelsey’s husband and dad to our one-year-old, Roxy. She doesn’t care about a half Ironman. She cares that I’m on the floor. I try not to take the rest of it too seriously.
I’ve been against pharmaceutical drugs for as long as I can remember. I believe the body is capable of healing itself when you give it the right tools. Right now, I don’t think there’s a better tool for holistic health than peptides. That’s the work. That’s why this site exists.
The open internet took the other path. Four YouTube channels gone. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, same story. That’s why the how-to videos live on Rumble, why there’s an X, and why Peptides & Pump is a private community instead of another page someone else can delete. The intellectual property stays with the people in the room.
Read the guides. Join free. When you want the complete playbook, Peptide Pro is $10 a month.

Co-founder and my partner. Full bio and photo when I have them. Until then: he’s half of this.
